Welcome to Vaulted! These Terms of Service ("Terms") frame your relationship with Vaulted. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms entirely.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using Vaulted on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Vaulted provides a cloud-based platform for organizing, tracking, and managing business permits and licenses. We offer tools for automated reminders via Email and SMS.

3. User Accounts

• You differ solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Vaulted are paid. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our security.
• Upload malicious code or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaulted is a management tool. We are not responsible for fines, penalties, or business interruptions resulting from expired permits, missed notifications, or data inaccuracies. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with local laws.
